Functional medicine lab testing will be a large part of your Peak Performance Wellness Program at Acupuncture & Natural Health Solutions. The tests included will vary depending on what level of program joined. The testing includes:
Adrenal Salivary testing

Functional Blood Lab Testing
- Complete blood & urine analysis (fasting) at Quest Diagnostics. See instructions below.

- Discontinue all nutritional supplements 3 days prior to saliva and stool tests.
- Do not discontinue any medications w/out first speaking with your doctor.
- Please have these tests completed as soon as possible.Fast at least 8 hours prior to blood draw. Please drink plenty of water. No coffee!
- Make a lab appointment at Quest Diagnostics.
- Find a Patient Service Center. Your tests will be performed by Quest Diagnostics, a clinical lab partner of Evexia Diagnostics. Find a convenient location near you using the service center locator to make an appointment. QuestDiagnostics.com/appointment you prefer to use an automated phone system, call 888-277-8772.
- Visit a Patient Service Center at the time of your appointment. Be sure to bring:
- Lab Order Form (Quest Diagnostics logo with “PSC HOLD”)
- Photo Identification
- When you arrive at the Patient Service Center (PSC)/Quest Labs.
- ** Do not show a proof of insurance
- Do not make any payment as you have already pre-paid for the test(s)
- If PSC is unable to find your lab order in the system, please call Evexia Diagnostics customer support at 888-852-2723 for assistance. Evexia Diagnostics Customer Service representative will ask for your first name, last name and date of birth to locate the test order information to assist you.
- Our office will phone you when we have all of your test results in the office so we can schedule your lab review and treatment plan visit.

- If you joined a program that does not include functional blood lab testing, you are welcome to submit your most recent lab work for conversion into a functional lab report.
