Shoulder Pain Relieved in One Visit – On the day before my flight to Florida, I was at home in New York shoveling snow. I must have injured my left rotator cuff because the next day, during my flight, and for the next seven days, my left shoulder was in almost unbearable pain. The worst part was I was unable to lay down. I had to sleep in my recliner chair.
